Sharon is currently Head of Education and Training at Wenta (instrumental in starting over 100 businesses a month and has personally developed over 400 business training courses). Sharon is also Chair of the Education Advisory Board; Member of the IMA, and currently runs her own Italian holiday rental business. Having developed, ran and sold two other successful businesses Sharon joined Wenta to help advise and mentor individuals to set up their own businesses 3 years ago she also ran a women’s only programme successfully starting and growing 300 businesses.
Thea has experience from both sides of the fence having been both an employee and an employer. The diversity of the businesses Thea has managed ranges from construction to beauty therapy and model agency to remote office services. Thea has managed multimillion pound Jobcentre Plus and ESF funded projects helping the long term unemployed back to work. Thea has also worked closely with local social enterprise companies and provides information and networking opportunities to anyone wishing to explore this route. Thea loves walking her dogs in Ashridge and is a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist and is in the final year of her BSc (Hons) Psychology.
